Apple cider puts a fall twist on the classic mimosa for your holidays this year!
- Apple cider
- Sweet (spumante) sparkling wine
- Apple slices
- Fill a champagne flute about half way with apple cider.
- Top with sparkling wine.
- Add an apple slice if desired.
- Refrigerate any leftovers.
Make a kid-friendly version by using sparkling white grape juice or club soda instead of the wine.
